Hi guys. I am a member at a sight called EmuAsylum and a member going by the user name of Gohda referred me to your site. He's been at EmuA as long or longer than I have so I trust his recommendations. I've been there since June of 2001.

Ok, now for my question. First I have The original copy of a program called The Cleaner. It is a program released by a company called Moosoft and its job is to rid your pc of any Trojans or Malware.

However, now when I try to install and run it on my new pc it has a timer that says I only have 30 days left on my preview copy. Although I paid for the full version. I have contacted Moosoft many times to help me with the situation but they say that I will have to pay the FULL price once again just to be able to use the FULL version that I have already paid for once! :urpleup2 I found a crack for it and inside the file it comes with the cleaner exe crack and also the moosoft update crack. I replaced both originals with the cracks and am still showing that I only have 30(well its 28 now) days left.

Can someone help me to figure out what I am doing wrong?

Mmm .. If, as you say, you have purchased the full program, I fail to see Moosoft will not provide you with the registration code for the full version .. as you would have been given a unique " Customer No " with your sales invoice.

We cannot really supply you with information, as to how to apply a " Crack " that will overide the need for Registration, as, irrespective of your circumstances M8, that is still an illegal practice. :eek:

With the cleaner you dont have an actual hard copy because you just download the program. They did send me an email with my numbers, but when I switched to my new computer I lost all of my old e-mail information and therefore no longer have any of my original registration info. All I have is the original cleaner file that I downloaded.

Yes I know that M8 .. I have purchased several programs using that system .. and I always print a hard copy of the mail.

You will have purchased it by Credit Card .. so therefore just mail them the details of the transaction :)

As said M8 .. I fully appreciate your circumstances, but nonetheless, what you are asking is still illegal :eek:
