Hi all, I had a program that I turned on alongside a game and then I would search in it for active memory locations like If I had $154 money in the game I would search for 154 then I would spend some money and seach for the new amopunt till I got the memory location for the money and freeze it or change it etc. If anyone knows a good program like that please lemme know thanx.

Try any hex editor. What you're searching for is the key that holds the value. I've never tried it on a PC game, but that may work.

yeah but hex editor wont catch values in a live program that resides in the memory, unless u know of one that does, sorry i dont have much exp. with hex editors.
- btw : the programs in the above post dont work too well, one is in unknown format, one wont start up in xp, it will start up if I use compatibility but will crash If I try to search for value and the top on wont read any values from the active memory.
