I have a AMD 1.1 ghz and 256 RAM computer with Geforce2mx and if you wait too long it freezes.. i think its the heat but it only reaches 50 C so whats wrong.. if i wait for it too cool down it works... untill it freezes... what can i do about it, is 50 C to high?

Check your cpu and power fan, check for dust and that they are working properly and check so back of computer isn't covered.
But 50C shouldn't be too high, sounds pretty normal.
Also upgrade your drivers.
Could be ram or any other hardware too.

Well my HD have lost 3 mb of 40 gb is that bad?
Well dust can be the problem a lot of it in there ;) LOL

3 MB of 40 GB is nothing !
How did you loose it ?
Well then open up and get rid of some dust ;)
The dust can cause more heat.

Maybe of all the shutdowns and startups have damaged the HD... Well i better clean it then...

AMD needs serious cooling. The temperature at the most active moments is between 40°C and 45°C, so you should be careful.
Remove the dust of the CPU cooler and the Power cooler, and you could also consider buying a more powerful CPU Cooler.

Get a Titan or Zalman cooler.
