I Need Help On Morrowind For Xbox

I have the game of the year edition and I am trying to do a thiefs guild job. You are in Ald-rhan or sumthin like that and you are supposed to find a book in a manor. Where and how do you get it? Also, is there a soultrap spell in game of the year editon. How about drain skill spell?
