does anyone know how to remove progs without the original cd in win 2k?

Are you talking about removing normal programs that are installed? Why would you need a cd key to remove them?

I dont think he was meaning to have a cd-key

Just goto Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove from there if the software does not have its on uninstall program from the Start > Programs menu

some of the programs/software which has been installed using a cd will not remove/uninstall without the cd.
