I have tried to set up a shortcut to include the command ( + set console 1 ) to activate the console in the game. It wont work! I have tried adding it to autoexec.cfg in the game and it still wont work! I’m running out of ideas, can some one help me please? I’m running it on a 450mhz PC with 128 Meg Mem. I do not know where to go from here! According to the instructions, if you add + set console 1, then hit the ~ key and type in cheats on, you should be able to access all the maps. So far, no good! I do not know how to add anything to the .exe file. I only know how to add to the shortcut, and that won't work for me. C.H. :graysmile

Right click the game icon, choose properties.

In here add the text to the end of the command field.

I tried that one, and it kicks me back out, and says that it is not a valid target box, that the path and file name are incorrect! C.H.

Then you are prolly writing wrong in the target.

It should be like:

"c:\games\game.exe" +set console 1

Try that :)

You were rite; it was the way I typed it in. I tried to include the (+ set control 1) inside the hyphens, instead of at the end. (Duh) Sometimes I do some goofy things. Thanks for the help. C.H. :rangesmi
