Can´t open console in Never Winter nights

Hi, i have Never Winter Nights 1.30 i try to open the console, but this no open, ya try all the key in my keyboard and anything happens, edited the ini files, and no work, how i can open the console, i have the configuration keyboard in spanish, change to english and nothing...

Thx. Press ~ during game play to display the console window and type DebugMode 1 exactly the way it is shown to enable cheat mode. Then, press ~ again and press [Tab] to view the debug commands. Press [Tab] to scroll through the commands. You can enter one of the following codes at the console window to activate the corresponding cheat function. The message "Success" will confirm correct code entry. If the message "Entered Target Mode" appears, click on the desired character to apply the cheat. -Gamewinners.

Tried all keys with Swedish/English, US/english UK
Console just will not open
Worked before i upgraded to Undrentide

Suggestions people, would be very grateful as I messed up my game bad and this is my last resort :(
