used progs: dvddecrypter, dvd2one, Nero 6

I used the "dvddecrypter" http://www.polarhome.com:793/~afonic/decrypter.htm
to rip the whole dvd and put on HD, then i used the "dvd2one" http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/mpg/dvd2one.htm to only take the movie with subtitles. But when i burned the movie with my "nero 6" prog and whatched the movie on my ps2 there were no subtitles visible. What did i do wrong? Is nero not that good for subtitles or do i need another prog so it adds subtitles. Oh and btw "Tmpenc dvd author" http://www.polarhome.com:793/~afonic/tmpegencdvd.htm you can make a dvd menu for your movies. But how can i make it so that you can change the subtitles? Instead only going from track to track, or chapter to chapter. And how can i make the same dvd menu as the original dvd, with a few changes on is (no need for the extra's)?

thx for reading, and maybe answering :p

why dont you download clonedvd that lets you keep the subs and menus if you want and if you want you can keep the extras or just the film and subs best programme around but thats just me
