I've never used Pro Boards, so I honestly don't know what setup they have, but you need to find template edits / hacks for it if you want quick reply (like you asked in the PM)

proboards is pretty basic so i want to 'jazz it up'. at the moment it is under going improvements but i want to include a quick reply box and gradients in the title bars.

if you have any ideas pleasepost asap

I'm pretty sure you can't get quick reply with proboards as it is a free remotely hosted board. Consider installing IBB, or (If you have the money,) vBulletin on your web server.
