CD-Key Generators

Hi All,
Just a quick question, where can I get CD-Key Generators? And if they are illegal why can you get some in Mega Games? The CD-Key Generator I want is for MAGIX Video Deluxe 2
I want the Generator for fully legal purposes. Unfortunately I lost the CD Key for the program and have contacted MAGIX for several months but have recieved no reply.

You know that CD-key generators are illegal, so why do you ask?
If there are generators at megagames it probably means that they are somehow okay (but I don't know how)

You can better retry to contact the game company.
