Bios truble.

OK i got a new (not "New")comp i want to set upp as a Server.
but the bios cant seem to find the Hard-drivers or Cd rom...
my Bios version is "A08" and i use a Dell Precision 220.
got 2 hard-drivers and one cdrom.
---------------------------------------------------------------i have tryd switching the cabels,checkd the power supply,checkd that its plugged in right (master and slave)...
but still i cant get it to work jus show error
Primary hard disk drive 0 not found
Secondary hard disk drive 0 not found
Secondary hard disk drive 1 not found
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run setup utility

PS just uppdated my BioS to A13
please help

how big is the hard drive??? are your settings on auto in the bios?? do you have the IDE plugged in the right way round??
