arghhh im crying cani recover a download

omg i am soo st00pid i was looking at like 3 webpages and downloading a driver and im on 56k and i closed the group. which had my download in it. is there anyway of recovering a file i have 3/4 downloaded as i ahve bene waiting for like 2 hours to download it.
