I recently purchased the rpg Gothic 2 for my pc, and I really enjoy the game. A few days ago, I couldn't play the game, so I told my friend he could borrow it. Well, he went out of town without telling me, so I am stuck here without my game. I want to play it very badly. My friend won't be back for a week or so. I have backed up my games before in case i lost the game cds. Well, the version of Gothic 2 I am running is 1.32, but the only english no cd file for the game is version 1.31, and it doesn't work. When i use it, it tells me the game is loading, but the load screen just goes away. I REALLY WANT to play this game. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks in advance for anyone's help.

I had a look online, and was unable to find a crack for version 1.32.

You can ask -$LaY3!2- (http://www.mgforums.com/forums/member.php?u=5595) nicely and see if he can make one, or you can use an alternate method, like DAMEON Tools. (basically you create an image of your game (http://www.techhelping.com/pages/alcohol120.html) and then emulate the image in a virtual drive (http://www.techhelping.com/pages/dtools.html) )
