How do I make VCD's?

Hey, I have a dvd player and It can play video cds (vcd) and I just dont know how to make the video disks, I looked at some sites that this forum has shown to help some people and they mean nothing to me cause I dont know what to download and all this stuff.
If anyone can tell me how to make the vcds then please help me out I have adaptec easy cd creator 4 which is OLD but can I use this program to make them??? If I can, can you tell me what to do please.

The easy way to make is to use Nero and then just select Video CD or Super Video CD and it will do most of the work

If it does, then I suggest using nero, as it's the easiest software to use to create vcds and it always works like a charm.
