Please explain to me how to copy PS2 and Xbox games?

My daughter always seems to destroy her Xbox games and uite frankly, they aren't cheap. What do I need to make copies of these games? Im not very computer illiterate so any help would be welcomed. Is there a special Xbox componet or computer hardware that I need? And lastly, how long is the process?

First the xbox needs to be chipped.
