Sims sound patch

I recently downloaded the sims noCD crack....now i have no sound on the game at all....plus my pointer is missing!!! Any help?:cry2:

copy the sound manually from the cd to the sound folder on your hdd, then change the registry point

Hi! Which files do I need to copy over for the sound to work (extensions?). Also, this may be a silly question, but what do you mean by change point registry? Thanks!
