Blank screen with Mafia

I know Im not the only one getting a blank screen after loading Mafia, Ive used 1.1 crack with no cd patch and 1.2 crack with no cd patch.

On both I get the first 2 Movie openings then my screen goes green and after a few secs exits to my Desktop.

I have no idea what to do Plz help

Yeah, i have had this problem.

The game is trying to run the intro videos but can't and you end up with a blank screen that you can't get out of.

The intro videos are using a video codec called indeo so you need to search for the indeo codecs (video and audio, they come as a package) and have them installed onto your computer.

Once you have those codecs installed you can view the intro videos and you won't get the blank screen.

Ok Ill try that, but I can see the first 2 Videos, I get the Blank green screen after the 2nd Video, but ill give it a try thnx for the info :)

Nope it didnt help, I still see the Green screen after the second Video
thnx for the help, any other suggestions will help :(
