Need For Speed Underground Blacka screen

well i have this problem.
i downloaded the crack and replaced it so i was like 'yes'time to race!!
but when i klicked on the speed.exe i got an loading screen just for 1 or 2 sec and then a black screen appears....i dotn know what to do..i think i live in holland but i dont know wich version crack i need...maybe the german if yes german crack where can i get it ? i searched everywhere but most sites just give lotsa popups -_- i hate that.....and they keep coming and coming so please a link to the download or do i need the swedish crack?? please help me!! i really REally wanna play th e game :( im hopeless^

yes it does work with cd's but its from a friend in my street =P im lazy to buy it ^^
