Hi everybody!
I wrote about a week ago about a problem with the PS2 from my brother. He has a PS2, V3 with the Messiah Chip inside. I made copies of NFS Underground and yesterday a copy of "Loony Toons back in action". In my PS2 (V4), the game works without any problems, in the PS2 from my brother (V3), it is not possible to start them. When you insert the game, you can hear a short sound from the laser, and that's it. Then it says, put in a PS2 DVD-ROM.
All the other games, e.g. Fifa 2004, Colin 4,... which are also "new" games work without problems.
I didn't change the Media (Still use Sony), I didn't change burner (Pioneer dvr a05), I didn*t change Programs or burning Speed (Nero, 1x).
Can anyone help me solving this problem? I do not want to buy a new PS2...
