video mode

Got a game from europe but can't play with it on my psx

I know there a way to put a menu on the star to choose between ntsc or pal

woud like to know ow and wath tool i need

i already try some tool like ntsc to pal but did change nothing the tv creen still spinning around

Realy need help with that thanks

Use the import player bootdisc here ,http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_utils_bootcd.shtml


Has a video mode selecter ,select your video mode ,then swap for the game.The only thing is ,if your going pal to ntsc the game will be off the screen slightly and there is nothing you can do about it ,unless the game has a screen position option.
