Anything Special To Do To DOwnloaded ISO's?

When you download an ISO say from mirc/bittorrent ect ect, is there anything special that you need to do to these before you burn them to cd/dvd's? Thanks! If anyone knows some tutorials anywhere that would help alot. Thanks!!!

All you have to do is use a program like nero or Fireburner and just burn the iso to disk thats it.
