I'm making copies of some of my games using the Nero instructions (http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_cdr_nero.shtml).
They're working perfect. My question is can I burn them faster than 1x? According to the Nero instructions, I have to read the CD copy image at 1x, and then burn the CD at 1x. That's a bit slow. A game like Final Fantasy VII (3 discs) will take me a few hours at 1x.
Can the PS-one read 2x speeds or higher just as good as 1x? If I'm stuck at 1x, that's okay, but I'm curious. :)
