Unable to patch Spelforce !!!

I don't get it - when i try to patch the game either with the 1.02 or 1.03 patch i get a message that says:

"Invalid CD Key Found in the Registry

Please restart the game and enter a valid key"


?????

How to patch this game ???

Whis key did u guys use ???

Go to regedit and search for spell force and you will find a entry that say's spellforce cdkey illegal, I think and delete that line and then run the patch. But there is not a crack for the 1.03 crack.

Tnx - it worked - but u were right - now (after applying a crack that's supposed to wor with 1.03) the game runs - but it wants the serial again (now none works) and below there is version 1.01 displayed :(
