downloading cds and videos

This is probably a dumb question but wot sites r there where i can download videos that r still at cinema for free or a small charge
Also is there ne sites where i can download cds for free like napster,ive got 1 but have 2 pay a yearly charge;)

Try newsgroups.

the Alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.* hiarchy is a good place to start for MP3s.

For movies...... just do a search in the group listing ;)
