SWGB Clone Campaigns no-cdcrack

Hi!
This is my first post EVER, so hopefully I can find some help...
I have the game "Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds" and it's expansion pack "Clone Campaigns" installed on my computer. Unlike the last TWO posts I saw about this game, MINE IS LEGAL! I did not download the game off the net or burn a copy...I bought them both at Wal-Mart some time back...

My question/s is/are as follows:
How can I get the no-cd patch to work? I cannot find ANY patches on megagames.com's web site, so I went to GameCopyWorld to download the no-cd cracks for version 1.0, and when I download them they are .ace files, not .exe files. The instructions for the patches say, "replace the _________.exe file in your "/games" folder with the downloaded .exe files, but it doesn't download any .exe files!!! How frusterating.

So my question, then, is where can I find the proper download for a no-cd crack for Clone Campaigns version 1.0 on megagames.com??? Also, after I download the file/s, then what do I do?

Obviously your new to computers so I will try and explain it very carefully. An .ace file is an archive (like a .zip file) its a compressed format so its quicker to download. You will need a program that can open .ace files (you will find the .exe file you need in that file). WinAce will do it (get it here (http://www.winace.com/) ). The first thing you will want to do is backup the original files from your SW:GBG directory (look in the .ace file to see what files it will be replacing and make a copy of them). The reason you'll want to do this is if you ever decide to get an update off the web you can just replace the cracked files with the originals (If you dont have the originals you will probably have to reinstall the game). Then extract the files from the .ace file into your SW:GBG directory and play the game.

Hi. This is my first time posting on this thing...anyways, I have a legit copy of Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, and I have downloaded the no-cd crack with the .exe and the .nfo files(there were only two files). I just don't know what to do at this point, for I have not really used cracks before. Any help would be appreciated.
