LOTR: The Return Of The King quits to desktop!

Hi.
I installed LOTR:Return of the King and start playing.
After the battle's over and the monsters run away, there is a movie and then it exits to desktop.

A box pops up and says:

Wer'e sorry...
An error has occured and RoTK cannot continue.
Code C0000005 at 004801f9.
The Lord of the Rings(tm); Return of the King(tm) will now exit.

I started it again and it did the same thing at the same place.

Try a patch if there is one, also update your gfx card drivers, if none of the above then reinstall the game see if that helps.

Install latest game patch (if any is out).
Upgrade graphic card drivers and Directx.

Also try change settings, lower resolution.
