need help with phpbb forums

I have an account with addaction.net and they provided me with my own phpbb fourms.
I cant figure out why every time i log in, it wont let me in unless i log in twice.
and, I am having problems hosting banners on my file manager.
any ideas on how to overcome this?

i dont know addaction.net, but have you checked your cookie settings?

That was the first thing I checked. hmm maybe a glitch in the server.

It could be an issue with cookies.
