psx 7501

i just chiped my psx schp 7501 an the damn chip isnt workin an the soderin job is perfection i have the 7th wire off to which is the stealth wire im told an it isnt booting cd-r disc it still plays orignals but it wont play burnt ones anyone know what could be wrong maybe a bad chip??? i dont know its makin me crazy ive tryed everything i can think of

Recheck the entire solder points and use these installations instructions from this site http://modchipsx.net/install.asp
