Help w/Final Fantasy Seven

I tried making a "backup" of my game Final Fantasy Seven, and even though I have only tried on the second disc, I have noticed that the ability "enemy skill" (blue magic) makes the game "freeze". If you are familiar with the Final Fantasy battle style, you may know that when you open your PSX Console, it doesn't freeze the game, but it acts like it is loading the spell. That's what happens here. I may just have to patch it, but there is only 1 1kb patch, and I don't feel like wasting another cdr on a gamble. Thanks.

PS-normal spells work fine.

how about u don't use that enermy skill. the only good one u get is at the end of the game. and u can't get it cause u die when cast. i thought when u open the cd drive on the PS the game plays but the music stops from wot i rem (i got bored one day)

Most enemy skills are usefull not only those you get in the end.
Try getting the XP patch

XP is for PC, he has PS1.
