Command&Conquer Generals problem

I have the german Generals version and i buyed the english expansion.
All works fine only the speaking of the units. I can't hear them...

I hope one can help me and thank him

I know that all the speech files are located in a .big file (.big is a format used by C&C to store many smaller files in it... comparable to zip or rar)
Unfortunately, I don't know by heart in what files they are stored, but you should try to copy all .big files from the CD to the Game Folder. If that fails, try to find someone who is willing to give you his german cab files located on the CD.

You can also check the Support of EA Games (check the link NorthViking gave) I think this issue is discussed in there.
