hi pleaz help just got max payne 2 everythings going fine played the first six levels on chapter 1 just about to start no 7 and my computer crashes back halfway through the loading stage and a small box with an error message reading exception bad allocation closing any help would be appreciated desperate to continue this game thanx

There is a (the) max payne 2 patch that claims to solve many known bugs and crashes, you can get it at the official website (link on any of your game CDs) or probably here (MegaGames) at a guess.

try reducing ure cpu speed. i had a major prob wih max payne 2, installed ne driver for grafix mobo and installed patch, didnt work, but reducing the frequency to 133 mhz solved it i was having heating probs.

When I played, it happened once that I got error, didn't occur again.
