xvid divx probs

when i try to encode my movie with tmpeg it always goes over the limit in vcd and dvd mode i want to put them on dvd but even though its only 698mb it is saying iis 4.9g how do i sort this?? also when i use sonic mydvd it say the file is to big aswell i have tried loadsa different movies too!!!

Sounds like you need to extact the audio..You can do this with V Dub..You then use this new audio file as the "Audio Source" in TMPGEnc..This should cure your little prob.......

Having said that,sometimes you can end up with out of sync problems then....
