I need hep with C&C generals cd crack plz

I have installed C&C generals, i didn't have the option to full-install it at all. Now my friend borrowed it and is taking FOREVER to return it.

Sensing i would never see it again, i downloaded the no cd crack for v 1.0, but it didn't work (i haven't patched it yet, does that matter?). I have downloaded every version crack to no avail.

How am i supposed to get it to work? I extract it into the C&C Generals folder, and when i try to play it, it says i need the cd. Pls help, i'm going into withdrawl.........*huddles in corner*

You MUST demand back your CD.
Since you don't own the original any more, it would be illegal to own the crack. Or to own a backup.

I know you once bought it, but if you lose the CD's (which seems to be your case), you are no longer allowed to have the game on your computer/to have cracks/to own copies

I'm sorry. Ask your CD's back, and if he lost them, ask him to buy new ones for you.
