Emulation Links, and Playing on PS2??

I have been messing around with emulators and such for years now, but when someone posted about playing GBA on their PS2 it got me thinking. Can you run other emulators on a PS2 console? If so, how?

Second part... Its been awhile and alot of my emulation links no longer work. Anyone have some good working links, especially for those dealing with emulating on the PS2.
