im tryin to figure out what to do first and not mess anything up. i read somewhere that u can mess up the bios if it is not flashed correctly the first time. ok i got a x-ecuter 2.2 lite. ive put it in and the xbox comes up and says insert a bios disk. ok, i can find the file i just need to know what i need to do im seeing somethin about using a boot disk. is this the way i need to go? or do i need some type of programmer or do i need to hook the xbox up to a pc. the chip did not come with any instructions, Nothing. is it already flashed and ready to go?
