Backup CD For NFSHP2

I have no idea how to create a backup CD of NFS Hot Pursuit 2. My Burning software is Nero 5.5.3.5 and it doesn't read the CD. Please write the step by step process of creating a backup CD, ASAP. The Help will be Greatly appreciated.
