If you update ur game, then u need an updated crack to work with THAT version.

If all else fails, you could always just use your ORIGINAL CD.

Yes it is possible but it requires a bit of effort on your part.
You could try moving your mouse pointer towards the top right hand corner until it is resting over the "search" button and then you could try searching the forums for any one of the thousands of answers to this question that are allready there on the forums.
Or I suppose that for the umpteenth time someone could post a reply saying something like:-

Before applying a cracked exe file make sure that you back-up (save) the original one, so that if you need to apply any updates, you can revert back to the original version.

If by chance you have not saved the original exe file, then you will have to get your nice clean, shiny, good as new ORIGINAL CD out of it's case and re-install the game.

You mostly need original exe.
Copy from cd or reinstall game if you can't update.

The backups cracks from MG are for your backups.
So you can play with your copied cd.
