Random Power Off

Hi Guys,

I have a quite serious problem. Every now and again my PC randomly switches off. Well sort of any way. The screen power is still on but the screen goes black. The main tower unit still has all lights on and the fan is still going but I can do anything. :rangeups

I have checked the power saving scheme, under the control panel but they are all switched off. :rangeno:

Any help much needed.

Sounds like either your monitor or graphic card.

Try and update all your drivers and check card and monitor.
