I cannot get the Cl Packet error to stop coming up every time I play multiplayer, i completely uninstalled the game and make sure im not playing on Pure Server mode, yet it still comes up, does anyone know how to fix this? Its really ticking off me and my friends here seeing as how we cant play this great game arghhhh

Give us more details about that CL packet error.
When does it occur? what does it say exactly? are you using a copy of the CD?

I've heard of this same problem in RTCW, more specifically, RTCW server with Punkbuster saying those packets were too little (even though they were default). Most probably your modem is taking too many/too little packets at once, lagging you out. Check some J:A stuff, and if all else fails, ask someone better with the multiplayer. I think that command is CL_MaxPackets, but I don't remember.

It's the no-cd exe that causes it. There was a workaround for version 1.0 but I haven't seen one for version 1.01. I never had this problem in version 1 with the no-cd but I have it bad in version 1.01.

Most times I can get in a server for anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes before the error occurs and I'm booted.
