nubie help - pal/ntsc

ok, ive got a psx game (colin mcrae 2) in bin/cue and ive got the pal/ntsc selector patch. i want to know how im supposed to implement the included file (.ppf) into the game. any help out there i would appreciate.

Download PPF-O-Matic http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_ppf.shtml load your patch into it and the Bin and then apply it.
