How do i change the one i have at the mo, i have downloaded a skin from allxbxoskins.com but i dont know how to change it any help would be great

It's been such a long time since i've done this, but I believe all you need to do is upload the skin & folders to your xbox HD, and add the entry in your evox.ini file (specify the location, name, etc)

So where di put the skin name cos i have uploaded it to a folder in my E: Drive.

close vile :p (dont touch ur evox.ini)
ok just extract the folder using winrar (if it's compressed) then upload the folder to your xbox, if you have your evox files on the c partition then go ahead and look for skin folder, upload it there, do not rename the folder! inside that folder there should be 3 or files:
2 or 1 .jpeg file and a skin.ini

example:

c:/skin/yournewskin folder/blahblah
