PS2 Burning Media question

I know somebody who burns PS2 games and this is what he told me. For DVDRs he use Princo DVDs and for CDRs he uses Maxmax CDs. Could anybody of you tell me what you know about these burning medias? He told me he hasn't had any problems with those on PS2s

This will tell u the best media that is reliable on a ps2. I'm set on getting a 100 pack of Ritek G04's

As for cd based Ps2 game, mostly any media will work. I've burned backups of cd based games using cheap maxell cd-r's and they work fine
