Mgs2 Substance

hey i've just been looking at a movie from MGS2 substance. It looks so wierd, parts show snake on a skateborad, raiden blocking bullets with a sword and enemys waling around the size off buildings, it freaks me out and confuses the mind. WTF is going on????????/

Have you played mgs2?

Basically you can play with either character on either parts of the game example you can play as riaden in the tanker chapter and snake in the plant chapter make sense. As for the giant guys you saw are a part of the vr missions there are 200 vr missions in this game and 100 side missions plus snake tales they are 5 diffrent things where you play as snake on like I think diffrent missions. As for the skate bourding thats just a fun little mini game they have put in.

Its going to be the same as mgs2 but you can play with diffrent characters in the plant level (i dont know about the tanker level) and there is training levels, the skateboarding game is just a fun game to play there are options you can play like normal game,training mode and skateboarding mode.

I can give the picture, i have a magazine and it shows snake on a skateboard.

I got some information about MGS2 Substance:

Lets face it for all the naysayers, MGS2 was great. Really great. Still, given floods of criticism over the amount of cut-scenes, the incomprehensible plot and, um, Raidens haircut, the ever helpful Hideo Kojimas set to offer gamers something a bit more-well-substantial.

Strictly speaking, Substance isint a new game- its MGS2 with extras, diffrent viewpoints and VR missions. Snake ditches his bandana and dons a tux. Raiden gets a go in the ninja suit, Meryl appears on the tanker, and everyone gets to use weapons far earlier in the game than seems fair on the guards. And you'll be able to play whole chunks of Big Shell with snake, and the entire tanker mission with the floppy-haired whiner.

As for the 200 VR missions they're almost cel-shaded, filling in the Rez-style as you progress.
You'll get plenty of pratice with grenades, sniping and steath- but theres now some duelling with the high-intensity blade.
There's also a fair bit of Kojima san humour- think godzilla sized guards stalking Snake through virtual skyscrapers. Then there're the Alternative missions 100 in total taking place on Big shell it self, involving things like wiping out guards. Finall and we're still waiting for Konami to shout :April fool" on this one theres the chance to trick across Big Shell, effectively providing a free demo of Konami's Evolution Skateboarding. And if that wasn't enough, we're rumoured to be getting a version of the US Make Of... DVD bundled with the Wesker's Report-stylee extras compensation for it not coming out until early next year.

If yous want to know where i typed it from, i typed it from a magazine and yes it does have a picture of snake doing a trick on a skateboard and snake holding hands with Emma and Raiden with the sword in the tanker level (i think its the tanker level im not sure)
