please could someone help me im rippin the dvds ok but now they seem to be pausin and pixelatin in the film im using dvd decripter/dvd2one/and nero at 2x with datawrite dvdrs

If its happening towards the end of the disc it may be the media, which in most case's is.

Also the pixelation can be down to dvd2one, if the original is a big disc,i.e.7Gb and the movie its self has a long runtime,i.e.2hours, then more than likely gonna be your problem, the compress is to much.

i think this is my problem it usally starts 50 mins into a film what is the best media to use and is there any other progams to use than dvd2one

If its -R media you use i would say any disc that use's the ritek dye(dark purple).If its +R then i dont know.

As for programs theres alot out.

Instant Copy 7 (8 is out soon)
DVD Shrink

The Big 3 Combo > Doitfast4u,reauthorist,docce4u.These need CCE to encode with and Scenarist to author with.These aint one click,quick process though, more advanced.

If your after a one click program like DVD2one then one from the list.

DVD Shrink is the only Freeware program.Get it from http://www.dvdshrink.org latest version is V3 beta 5
