I found this nice little proggie, called CDMage, that allows you to repair a CD Image file (most formats supported like ccd, iso, bin, etc) in case you screwed it up.
However, it is never guaranteed that this program is able to fix it, some problems are just to severe, but it's always worth a try.

Indeed, Skullcrusha :)
I also found Advanced Cab Repair (since most errors in images are located in the .cab file).
I never tested that one tho, but they state it is very powerful.
Unfortunately, it isn't free, and the trial version will only tell you wether the error can be repaired or not, it won't do the actual repair itself (for that you need the full version) :(
Anyways, for those who are interested:

I heard of CdMage before.

Both sounds useful, thanks for the links ;)

Advanced Cab Repair will be totally useless for most game cab files.
This utility is ONLY for Microsoft cab files and everyone knows most games use Installshield.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. I read many cases on forums (while I was searching for a cab repairing tool) of people that had errors in game cabs and fixed it with ACR
