Movies on PS One

Hey, I bought one of those little playstations with the 4 inch lcd screen earlier this summer. Not a bad little thing...

It seems like I read once that you could watch movies on them if you burned to a cd-r, I think in AVI format or something. Does anyone know anything about this? Would I have to get this thing chipped?

Only thing I know about is the ps movie card for the older models. Made by Topking. Got mine at a garage sale for a buck. Movie has to be in vcd format.

For the little psone to play vcd's you need the internal version of the vcd card :).
