I have a DVD+R/RW Burner & the neo mod for my PS2! Is it possible to play backup DVD with them?

Yes ps2's can read +r ,What neo mod do you have ,neo key , 2.2 or neo4 as the neokey cannot play dvd backup's.

Not sure! I bought it from Gamegizmo.com when it first came out. How can I find out which one it is?

If it boots cd game directly then it's a neo 4.If it don't boot cd game directly its a neo2.2 ,if its in the usb port then its neokey.
