My stand by option in the shutdown menu has disappeared! What the hell happened??? But more importantly, how do I bring it back?

Took me a while to figure out the instructions, I saw a bunch of numbers in regedit, not 200's. But it worked! Thanks!

It turns off the screen and stand by if you move the mouse a little the monitor will open.
