watch vcd's on ps2 help please

ive downloaded this rar file which is called....jpsx-ps2vcd.rar it is supposed to be used to play vcd's on a ps2, which i would imagine would have to be a chipped ps2, which mine is. the download did not come with instructions just this rar file which is 5mg's. how do i use this file so that i can watch vcd's on my ps2, can anyone help.......or.......is there any thing else that i can use to be able to watch vcd's on my ps2.

i've heard of that vcd player, all i know is that u have to put the mpg file on one of the folders, first unrar the rar file :p with winrar :doh: also i've seen some ps2 vcd instructions on kazaa! ;)
