how do i burn age of mythology when its protected

im trying to burn age of mythology how do i go about coping it ,because ith needs a patch or soemthing but i dont know how to do it plz help me

Indeed, CloneCD gets around many protection... check if your writer is supported by it (link in my signature)

If that fails, you will need a crack. Copy the game, install it, apply the crack (right version!) and play.

CloneCD indeed is a very good program that bypass many protections(ie, secuRom, SafeDisc, general CD protection, etc...). However Alochol 120% is getting better and better everyday and it is even better than CloneCD at some point. It work around all the protection plus some newer ones like secuRom 4.8.

It has SafeDisc 2, which can be quite difficult to burn, but there are several different ways you can burn it, depending on your hardware etc., you can find the various methods here: http://www.gameburnworld.com/protections_safedisc_2.htm

SafeDisc 2 depends as Viperspit says, on your hardware.
If it is supported by CloneCD, burn the game at low speed (2x recommended) and make sure the FAST ERROR SKIP option is ENABLED.
